To register a mass intention, use any envelope and include the following 4 items. If asking for a future mass (from the schedule above) make sure that there is a pastor scheduled for that mass. If you see "Rev.???" in the schedule, that means a pastor has not yet been scheduled for that mass.

1. Name of intention
2. Who requests the mass intention
3. Donation to pastor
4. Date of future mass (if no date, your intentions will be celebrated at the next mass)
